Obviously the awards that Iris is most proud of are all her fitness qualifications from exercise to music all the way to her ZUMBA certificate.

She is also very proud of her bronze medallion in which she had to tread water for 3 minutes in her pyjama's as well as making a small life raft from them!

Along with the odd Aerobics competition, she does like to enter the odd talent show.
